Q: What types of payment do you accept?

 A: We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

Q: Your store prices are in what currency?

A: The prices of our stores are by default in DOLLARS ($).  In addition, they are displayed according to the selected country.

Q: Do you have stores or just an online store?

A: We still don't have physical stores. We only sell online at the moment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world.

* International orders are subject to import, customs duties and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot predict what your particular costs might be. For more information about your country's customized policies, please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to give you information about the accepted payment method for duties, taxes and other charges levied upon delivery. 

Q: Do we have to sign for shipping?

A: You do not need to sign for the shipment.

Q: Where do you ship the products from?

A: We ship from our warehouses in the USA, England, Singapore, or China. We work directly with reliable suppliers around the world, which allows us to pass our savings directly to our customers and offer them exceptional products at very competitive prices.

We sample each item and even visit factories to ensure the best quality and sustainable practices.

Q: How long before my product is shipped?

A: It will take 2-3 business days before your product is shipped.

Q: What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?

A: Depending on your locations, delivery can take between 7 and 30 days. Rest assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

Q: How do I return and replace my item?

A: We strongly believe in the quality of our products. We therefore offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs).

If, for certain reasons, you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will refund your money or exchange your product (the decision will be up to you), up to 30 days, no questions asked.

Q: Where is my order confirmation?

A: The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours of payment. Please try to check your spam emails or trash as it can also find its way around.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

A: Most items are processed within 6 to 8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at (info@awadex.com) within 24 hours.
